Seacoast Pathways Offers Mental Health Assistance, Virtually

Wellness Activities and Peer Support Available Over Computer

Seacoast Pathways, a free, non-profit, non-clinical mental health facility in Portsmouth now offers a "tele-clubhouse" that is modeled after its in-house facility. They are able to assist anyone with a referred mental health diagnosis virtually, utilizing Zoom and a growing repertoire of engagements and activities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has transportation problems or just doesn't want to come in to the facility. Services are rendered by the Seacoast Pathways staff and members. Here's an example of what is offered 1. Personal wellness assessments and improvement activities 2. Engagement with members and staff at the clubhouse. 3. Personal finance assistance. 4. Time management improvement 5. One-to-one peer support 6. Employment planning 7. Identifying Community Activities, housing and education 8. Cognitive Behavior Tips...the list goes on. Seacoast Pathways wants anyone with a mental health diagnosis to know that they are here to help those who seek a more engaging, active life and a reduction of anxiety, loneliness and depression.
