The NCSL is a bipartisan, national organization serving legislators from across the country.
“This is going to provide me an opportunity to learn from my colleagues across the country how they are dealing with challenges we are all facing. I’m especially interested in hearing about emerging best practices regarding energy efficiency and renewables, new approaches to funding transportation, and the regulatory issues raised by the so-called ‘sharing economy’,” said Fuller Clark. “I’m looking forward to a day-long seminar on how states are confronting the public safety concerns we’re seeing raised in Portsmouth by Uber.”
