Snow Emergency Declared in Portsmouth

Breaking: With the exception of the Downtown, all vehicle must be removed from city streets now.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — The city of Portsmouth has declared a snow emergency for March 14, 2017. The implementation of the snow emergency means that all vehicles - with the exception of the excluded downtown area - must be removed from city streets.

Any vehicle found on any street outside of the downtown this morning will be ticketed and towed.

Vehicles will be allowed on downtown streets until 1 a.m. March 15. If you are parked in the downtown after 1 a.m. you will be ticketed and towed.
