“During the course of this motor vehicle stop, (the trooper) made several observations consistent with the transportation and possession of illegal drugs,” Vetter alleged.

After reportedly getting consent to search the vehicle, the trooper allegedly found marijuana and Webb was arrested. Bridges was also allegedly found to be in possession of prescription pills, heroin, crack cocaine, and Ecstasy, the trooper noted, and he was also arrested.

Francis – a third passenger in the vehicle, according to police – was believed to be concealing drugs on his person and was detained. The trooper applied for a search warrant, which was granted, and allegedly found heroin and crack concealed within his clothing.
