Three People Arrested on Drug Charges
The following arrest information was supplied by the Portsmouth Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, Dec. 8, through Saturday, Dec. 10.
Thursday:
- At 9:32 a.m., police reported shoplifting on Lafayette Road after a store employee said he observed someone stealing medication.
- At 11:52 a.m., police reported a prowler on Broad Street after an elderly woman said she saw someone looking into her upstairs window.
- At 3:53 p.m., police reported shoplifting at a Lafayette Road business after the perpetrator was detained and later served a trespass notice.

- At 2:22 a.m., police arrested a Greenland woman following a motor vehicle stop on Greenland Road and Harvard Street. Kelly S. Poindexter, 44, of 51 Portsmouth Ave. in Greenland was charged with driving after revocation or suspension, speeding and two bench warrants.
- At 5:06 p.m., police arrested a Raymond man on Lafayette Road for drunken driving. Joshua Edmund, 30, of 88 Fremont Road in Raymond was charged with driving while intoxicated (subsequent offense).
Saturday:
- At 12:51 a.m., police arrested a Dover man for drunken driving on Woodbury Avenue and Echo Avenue. Daniel H. Gage, 32, of 12 Saint John St. in Dover was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated (second offense).
- At 1:18 a.m., police arrested three people for drug offenses on Constitution Avenue following a motor vehicle stop. Stephanie J. Lennon, 21, of 41 Granite Apt., #DR, in North Hampton was charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Timothy R. Gagne, 22, of 168 Lafayette Road, Apt. 36 in North Hampton was charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and Andrew S. Worobec, 21, of 46 Buckminster Way in Portsmouth was also charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.
