Two Netted in Drug Sweep Operation
Portsmouth Police arrest Casey Vigeant; Seabrook Police arrest Herbert Randall.

Investigators inside the Seabrook Police Department, with the help of Portsmouth Police, took two into custody late last week as part of a drug sweep operation, according to police.
The investigation into the alleged drug activities, according to Seabrook Detective Scott Mendes, was “a several month long investigation into the illegal distribution of narcotic drugs within the town of Seabrook.”
On Oct. 10, at around 8 p.m., Seabrook Police arrested Herbert Randall, 35, of Worthley Avenue in Seabrook, on sale of a controlled/narcotic drug charge. Police allege that the sale occurred in the parking lot of the Seabrook Elementary/Middle School.

Also arrested was Casey Vigeant, 30, of Collins Street in Seabrook. According to Mendes, he was taken into custody by Portsmouth Police on a warrant for two counts of sale of a controlled/narcotic drug.
Randall was held on $25,000 cash bail and will be arraigned in Seabrook District Court on Oct. 14.

Vigeant was released on bail and is due in court on Nov. 19.
