NoLita Italian Kitchen in York, ME is looking for motivated, hands on FOH supervisor. Candidate must be a restaurant professional with the ability to cultivate a strong team and maintain high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. This position involves overseeing staff, conducting liquor inventories, enforcing policies, dealing with customers and helping run an efficient FOH staff.
Requirements:
-2+ years in a supervisor role in a high volume concept.
-People Person that enjoys building a great rapport with our patrons
-Works well with staff and other managers and does not contribute to unproductive group conflict.
-Ability to work a 5 day work week consisting of appx 35 hours
-Ability to work all front of house positions and jump in where needed.
-Passion for customer service.
-Knowledge of wine and spirits
-Demonstrates continued desire for learning
-Enthusiastic, responsible, superb organizational skills and great attention to detail
-Ensures restaurant is ready to open as well as closed properly
