What's Next for the Seacoast Wind Ensemble?

Group will be taking August off; expect more performances soon.

The Seacoast Wind Ensemble (SWE) finished their summer concert season at the end of July, after completing their seventh concert since Memorial Day weekend.

The ensemble will be taking August off and will resume their regular rehearsal schedule on Tuesday evenings in Exeter in September. SWE, established in 1984, is a 50-piece symphonic band based out of Exeter.

Comprised of musicians from all professional occupations and trades, SWE performs annually throughout seacoast New Hampshire and other New England locations. SWE is directed by Conductor and Music Director, Mark Zielinski, who serves as Lecturer of Music Education at the University of New Hampshire and Assistant Conductor, Jonathan Roth, who is Music Director of the Shapleigh School in Kittery, ME.
