All city offices, schools, the library, and the recycling center will be closed Monday for Labor Day.
Most restaurants and grocery stores will be open Monday. Post offices will be closed.
Monday's residential and downtown business district trash collection will be held Tuesday. Yard waste normally collected on Monday and Tuesday will be collected the following week.
The library also will be closed Saturday and Sunday.
