Why You Should Have a Fitness Consultant

People waste their workouts everyday as a result of poor planning and a lack of knowledge. A fitness consultant is the solution.

Most Americans aren't getting the most out of their workouts. Everyday people waste their time at the gym because of poor exercise selection, poor form, and inappropriate exercise order. At best these things will limit
progress. At worst they will result in an injury.

Some folks choose to hire a personal trainer in order to remedy these problems. These fitness professionals can teach you the proper way to exercise and help progress you toward your fitness goal. But they don't offer a complete solution.

If I could train them the recommended 4-5 days per week then I would be able to engineer a complete fitness regimen. I could tailor and fine tune their workouts and get real, lasting results.

With this programming clients just have to follow the workout plan. It's now possible to simply plug and play a personalized workout. It's like having a personal trainer with you everyday.

Accountability

Believe it or not, most people hire a personal trainer not only for the health benefits, but also to motivate them to get into the gym. As a fitness consultant, I review the work that you did during the week. When you
do the workouts, know that someone will be paying attention to your progress. It's a powerful motivational tool.

Communication

When you train with a personal trainer you generally only get their services for the one hour that you are training with them. With a fitness consultant you have 24/7 coverage over your physical fitness.

Have a question? Make a phone call, shoot a text, or send an email. You don't get that with a personal trainer.

Good communication is important. As a fitness consultant it's important that I am tracking your progress and calibrating your workouts.
