3 From Lowell Arrested During Cigar Bar Melee: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Lesley Alberto, 23, of Andover Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2023, on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Walmart on North Broadway Street.

Basil J. Chingros, 50, of Autumn Woods Road in Salem was arrested at 10:32 a.m. on Oct. 29 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. Police were sent to the road after a woman claimed a man got physical with her. He was arrested later, released on personal recognizance, and escorted by police to the home to pick up some belongings.

Roy R. Mace, 59, of Liberty Square in Lynn, MA, was arrested at 3:05 a.m. on Oct. 29 on second-degree assault-strangulation and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Police were sent to Joseph Road for a 911 open line. A man and a woman appeared to be arguing, with the woman sounding intoxicated, dispatch said. Officers also received a secondary call from the Red Roof Inn. Officers went to the inn, realized the parties involved were connected to the previous call, and arrested the man. He was taken later to the Parkland Medical Center for an unknown reason.

Stacy Lynn Graham, 43, of Shore Drive in Salem was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:36 p.m. on Oct. 28. Police were sent to Shore Drive to serve her with an electronic bench warrant. Graham was released on personal recognizance and trespassed from the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet.

Lilyan Trussell, 21, of Warren Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on Oct. 28 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. Police were sent to Verizon Wireless on Rockingham Park Boulevard for a child custody issue. She was then arrested and an emergency restraining order was issued to her.

Christopher David Lemear, 33, of Manchester Street in Manchester was arrested on a warrant at 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 28 on a possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on the Brookdale Bridge. He was bailed on the Salem charge and handed over to Manchester police.

Curtis N. Reed, 39, of East Merrimack Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Oct. 28 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. Also arrested on disorderly conduct and obstruct government administration charges were Denise Alicea, 38, of East Merrimack Street in Lowell, MA, and Jarett Douglas Johnson, 37, of Burrill Place in Lowell, MA. Police officers from Salem, Pelham, and Methuen, MA, were sent to the Puff Cigar Lounge on South Broadway for a report of a fight. During the interaction with police, one man was Tased and pepper-sprayed. Fire and rescue teams were also requested. Three people were arrested and, later, released on personal recognizance.
