9 Juveniles Charged With Unlawful Intoxication: Salem Police Log
Plus, a Maine man was arrested for DUI, a Derry man was arrested on drug charges, Mass. residents arrested on drug, theft, other charges.

SALEM, NH — Ronald B. Dupont II, 49, of Bangor Road in Linneus, ME, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. on June 4, 2017, for DUI, possession of a controlled drug, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested after a two-vehicle crash on Main Street that sent one to the hospital.
Matthew J. Kulesza, 43, of 6th Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on June 4, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and open container. Also arrested was Steven B. Murray, 42, of Tyler Park in Lowell, MA, for disorderly conduct. Officers were sent to the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Broadway for a report of a woman screaming inside of a black Volkswagen and a man holding a knife. Police then made two arrests.

At 1:40 a.m. on June 4, 2017, nine juveniles were arrested on Ivan Gile Road for unlawful possession/intoxication after a report of two vehicles parked on the side with a subject crouched down beside one of the vehicles, an Audi. Two other juveniles were questioned but weren’t a part of the party, according to police.
Samantha A. Ney, 25, of Elmwood Street in Revere, MA, was arrested at 9:42 p.m. on June 3, 2017, for operating with a suspended or revoked license, disobeying an officer, unsworn falsification, false report to law enforcement, and possession of license required. She was arrested near the CVS on Route 28 after a report of a vehicle “all over the roadway” near the Burger King. She was later transported to Parkland Medical Center.

An overdose was reported at 5:30 p.m. on June 3, 2017, on Bridge Street.
Two juveniles were arrested at 2:11 p.m. on June 2, 2017, for shoplifting. They were arrested after an alleged incident at the Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road.
A car struck a deer on Ermer Road at 10:14 p.m. on June 2, 2017.
George Vlad, 23, of Mile Slip Road in Milford, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on June 1, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug. Also arrested was Miranda Zwicker, 21, of Miltimore Drive in Derry, was arrested for receiving stolen property (less than $1,00) and a bench warrant. Officers were sent to the Walmart on North Broadway for a report of a couple in a Subaru allegedly “shooting up heroin.” Police arrested the pair on charges.
Jeffrey Gaudet, 50, of Wayfair Street in Lynn, MA, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. on June 1, 2017, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested on a warrant.
Patrick M. Kiley, 29, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on June 1, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, less than 1 gram, two warrants from an outside agency, and a bench warrant. He was arrested on a warrant.
Amanda C. Costa, 25, of Broadway in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on June 1, 2017, for theft by deception (less than $1,000). She was arrested on a warrant.
