Alleged Dover Strangler Arrested by Sheriffs

BRENTWOOD, NH — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested the following people recently

Selma Pereira, 43, of New York Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested on July 21, 2016, for operating without a valid license within 12 months of expiration.

Warren J. Helm, 30, of Conning Road in Dover, was arrested on July 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-second-degree assault-strangulation.

Guy R. Emerson, 54, of Timber Ridge Road in Sanford, ME, was arrested on July 19, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a pre-trial hearing on two counts of title fraud and on a judge’s order to arrest for two counts of unsworn falsification.

Edwight S. Rosa, 37, of Park Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on July 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the pre-trial hearing on a theft by deception charge.

Dana P. Frauton, 25, of Newbury Street in Danvers, MA, was arrested on July 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a prob hearing on a theft charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for heroin possession.

Anthony T. Colon, 26, a homeless man from Massachusetts, was arrested on July 13, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an assault by prisoner charge.

Herve Olivier Jr., 26, of Guyer Road in Maynard, MA, was arrested on July 11, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a kidnapping a minor charge.
