Alleged Drunk Driver Arrested After Crash: Log

Salem Police: Overdose reported at the mall and numerous teens were arrested for willful concealment.

SALEM, NH - Steven C. Legatos, 45, of Lowell Road in Salem, was arrested at 12:29 p.m. on Jan. 18, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Milford District Court. Police were sent to the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Inn Lane for a report of an unwanted subject. The general manager reported that he was supposed to checkout at noon but he was allegedly refusing to go. The animal control officer was also called to the scene since there were two animals in the room.

Douglas A. Lottatore, 39, of Lowell Street in Andover, MA, was arrested at 2:06 p.m. on Jan. 18, 2016, for willful concealment. Police were sent to the Bob’s Store on Cluff Crossing Road for a report of a shoplifter.

A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old were arrested at 7:01 p.m. on Jan. 18, 2016, for willful concealment at the Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road. Both were released to their parents.

Jennifer L. Dowgiert, 29, of Brady Avenue in Salem, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. on Jan. 18, 2016, for DUI-impairment, possession of a controlled drug (less than 5 grams), and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Police were sent to a crash on Hooker Farm Road involving a vehicle striking a utility pole. She was later arrested.

Salem Fire and Rescue teams were sent to a report of an overdose at 2:44 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2016, at the Mall at Rockingham Park. The patient was found in a restroom and transported to the hospital.

Kory Brennman, 19, of Sutton Place in Londonderry, was arrested at 2:53 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at the Lord & Taylor on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

Matthew D. Williams, 25, of Lancelot Court in Salem, was arrested at 3:29 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2016, for willful concealment after a shoplifting incident at Market Basket on South Broadway.

A 15-year-old and a 16-year-old were arrested for willful concealment after allegedly shoplifting at JC Penney at the Rockingham Park Boulevard.
