Alleged Heroin, Cocaine Dealer Arrested

Deborah Mcllarky of Salem was busted after a traffic stop on Kelly Road last night.

A local woman was arraigned earlier today in Salem District Court after being arrested last night on drug charges.

Deborah Mcllarky, 29, of Salem, was arrested on March 9, 2015, on three counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.

According to police, an officer stopped a motor vehicle on Kelly Road yesterday and as he began to speak to its occupants, “he was able to make observations they were involved in the use of narcotics,” according to Lt. Joel Dolan of the Salem Police Department.

As the officer began to speak to the operator and investigate the situation, he allegedly found pre-packaged quantities of heroin and cocaine that looked as if they were to be sold. The driver, Mcllarky, was arrested and held in the Rockingham County Jail on $5,000 cash bail. She was arraigned earlier today and held, according to a report.
