Alleged Manchester Drug Dealer Arrested: Log

SALEM, NH – Jeremy R. Horne, 25, of Park Avenue in Worcester, MA, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. on April 12, 2016, for theft by deception, two prior convictions. Police picked him up at the park and ride on Raymond Avenue, turning himself in on a warrant.

Rachel A. Bryant, 30, of Westville Road in Plaistow, was arrested at 3:13 p.m. on April 13, 2016, for willful concealment and breach of bail. Also arrested was Melissa A. White, 37, of Main Street in Plaistow, for warrants. Bryant was arrested at the Lord & Taylor on Rockingham Park Boulevard after allegedly stealing a pair of jeans. Bryant was held on $2,000 cash bail. White was released to Manchester Police for active warrants.

Nathan D. Chase, 36, of Winter Street in Merrimac, MA, was arrested at 5:29 p.m. on April 14, 2016, for simple assault. He was arrested after a solicitation complaint was filed at the Speedway gas station on North Broadway, about a man reportedly stopping cars and asking for money.

Cory B. Roukey, 27, of Warner Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. on April 14, 2016, for sale of a controlled drug and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested at Walmart on North Broadway and held on $25,000 cash bail.

Michael R. Nichols, 32, of James Street in Salem, was arrested at 12:22 p.m. on April 15, 2016, for domestic violence-criminal threatening and criminal mischief. A caller from Chappy Lane reported that her ex-boyfriend was reportedly intoxicated and popper a tire on her car.
