Alleged Strangler, in Jail, Arrested: LOG

Salem Police: Mass. residents face drug, theft charges and a Salem man allegedly threatens another man with a knife.

SALEM, NH - Wesley K. Letendre, 27, of Robinson Court in North Andover, MA, and Kristina M. Lariviere, 26, of Jackson Street in Methuen, MA, were both arrested at 4:56 p.m. on Nov. 29, 2015, for possession of a controlled drug (marijuana/hashish, less than 5 grams). They were arrested after Field of Dreams on Geremonty Drive after police were sent to check on a vehicle in a parking lot. They were later released on summonses.

Joseph Paplaskas, 27, of Lowell Road in Salem, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 29, for criminal threatening with a deadly weapon (a knife). A man came into the police department to report that his girlfriend’s brother allegedly threatened him with a knife. Police then went to Cole’s Trailer Park on Lowell Road and arrested Paplaskas. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.

Keesha Nolin, 37, of Somerset Drive in Hudson, was taken in to protective custody (drugs) at 6:15 p.m. on Nov. 30, at the Mall at Rockingham Park on Mall Road after security flagged down an officer about an unwanted woman on the property.

Helen M. Johannes, 29, of Emerson Way in Salem, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on Nov. 30, on a warrant for theft by unauthorized taking (two prior convictions). She was arrested at home.

Peter P. Vazquez, 47, of Joanna Road in Salem, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. on Dec. 1, for domestic violence-assault and domestic violence-strangulation. He was served at the Billerica House of Corrections in Massachusetts.

Donna Trimarchi, 66, of Glen Road in Wilmington, MA, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. on Dec. 1, for willful concealment; theft. She turned herself in to police and was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.

Julia Aquino, 22, of Delmont Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. on Dec. 1, for transporting drugs in motor vehicle. Also arrested was Madelin Cosme-Contreras, 22, of Delmont Street in Methuen, MA, for possession of a controlled drug (marijuana/hashish, less than 5 grams). They were charged after police were sent to the M & N Borderline Discount on South Broadway for a suspicious vehicle.
