CONCORD, NH — The Berlin Police Department is in receipt of an RSA 91-A right-to-know request from Executive Councilor Janet Stevens related to the murder of Sandra Marisol Fuentes Huaracha at age 25 and the suicide of her estranged husband on July 6, 2025.
It comes days after the department issued a report on its handling of the matter in which the department acknowledges serious deficiencies in its handling of the matter particularly in the days leading up to the murder/suicide.
Michael Gleason Jr. was out on $5,000 bail after being charged with Marisol's rape and theft and had a restraining order to stay away from her.
