SALEM, NH — Lowell Five Bank has opened a new lending office at 130 Main St., with the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce joining community leaders, business professionals and residents for an official ribbon-cutting in June 2026.
The opening expands Lowell Five Bank's presence in Southern New Hampshire. The chamber described the office as part of the bank's effort to provide personalized financial services and build relationships in the local community.
The new office offers residential and commercial lending services. It also includes an Interactive Teller Machine, or ITM, that provides access to everyday banking services, including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions.
The office is designed to operate primarily through scheduled appointments so clients can receive dedicated service tailored to their financial needs. The space also includes historic photographs of Salem, a detail the chamber said reflects the bank's appreciation for the community it serves.
Guests at the opening spent the afternoon networking and touring the office, according to the release. Food and refreshments at the event included bites from Black Water Grill, sweet treats from Farmhouse Roasters and floral arrangements from Ford Flower Co.
The chamber said the ribbon cutting marked a new chapter for the bank in Salem and across Southern New Hampshire. The organization also used the announcement to highlight its broader role supporting local businesses through advocacy, networking, educational programming, ribbon cuttings and community engagement.
