• Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charge, Accused Of Saying, 'Mine's Bigger': Rockingham County Superior Court (patch.com) — Rockingham County Superior Court has handed up a series of indictments, including a criminal threatening charge alleging a Londonderry man pointed a firearm and said "mine's bigger" during an October 2025 incident in Salem. Other indictments involve alleged assaults, drug possession, reckless driving, theft, and child sexual abuse image charges across several Rockingham County communities.
   

• Salem (NH) Receiving $281K for Paramedic Training (jems.com) — Salem is receiving a $281,636 federal grant to expand paramedic training for its fire department, easing the burden on local taxpayers while boosting emergency medical services. Town officials credit FEMA's Assistance to Firefighters Grant program, which also funded new gear-cleaning equipment last year, and say the latest award will directly improve the care Salem residents receive when emergencies strike.
