Approval Granted For New Frozen Yogurt Cafe

A new frozen yogurt cafe appears to be on the way to a Salem plaza near the border with Methuen, Mass.

On Tuesday night, the Planning Board gave unanimous conditional approval to a site plan for a new 40-seat frozen yogurt cafe at 517 South Broadway.
