BREAKING: 2012 Town, School Election Results

See the results for the contested elections, major ballot measures.

After a long wait, and a crazy day, we have results for the 2012 Salem town and schools elections.

Selectman candidates Jim Keller and Everett McBride won seats on the Board of Selectmen in a five-way race, while Bob Bryant, Dane Hoover and incumbent Paul Huard were elected to the Budget Committee.

The nonbinding curbside pickup referendum overwhelmingly failed, the Senate Bill 2 warrant article overwhelmingly passed, while the Phase II school renovation bond narrowly missed the 60 percent threshold needed for passage.
