Tell readers a little about yourself and your background.

My name is Bob Gibbs. I became a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher in 1997. I have taught at many of the gyms in the Salem, N.H. area. I have also taught at many corporate fitness centers including Gillette and Wyeth in Andover, Mass. I  teach all inclusive classes that provide with the students with strength, flexibility, better body awareness and overall peacefulness. 

In a nutshell, describe your business.

Our studio has been active in Salem for 20 years. Providing yoga classes of many levels to our yoga community. Our Our yoga classes are for all level of yoga practitioner. We currently have students from age 15 to 65-plus. Many of our students are working with injuries from minor to severe. 

What is your favorite part about what you do?

My favorite part of what I do is having a student come in with a headache or a stiff neck, back or shoulder and then finish the class saying that the class has relieved much of their pain, stiffness and discomfort. I believe this isn't something I do. I provide the students with the opportunity to help themselves through the practice of Kripalu Yoga.

What's the most important thing you'd like your customers to know about your business?

That most everyone can do our yoga classes. There is much that can be gained by a Kripalu Yoga practice. My goal is to have you be comfortable in your class and enjoying your yoga practice with us.
