Improve muscular strength and stamina and flexibility. Focus will be on full body muscular endurance via circuit training with heavier with weights and timed reps, learning proper form for exercises, and doing similar functional movements each week to master the form for each exercise. Please bring your weights (heavier the better) and a mat.
