Core Raises Nearly $10K for NH Food Bank

Employees participate in quarterly and periodic charity initiatives.

According to the New Hampshire Food Bank, 1 in 9 individuals, including 44,000 children, are food insecure in the state.

That’s why local staffing firms CoreMedical Group and CoreInformation Technology chose the New Hampshire Food Bank for their recent quarterly charity initiative. The initiative raised $9,928.68 in total, with $4,964.34 being donated from 100 percent of the firms’ 114 employees and a dollar for dollar company match.

“We are thrilled about the amount we raised together as well as the fact that we had 100% participation from our team. This is a cause very close to our hearts. There is a great need to feed families in New Hampshire and across the country and we hope this donation will help, especially with the increasing need in the holiday season,” said Lynn Cuomo, Director of Human Resources.
