Crash Closes Shannon Road in Salem
Road will be closed for numerous hours; Salem Police are requesting commuters find alternative routes.
SALEM, NH - Shannon Road is closed at this hour due to an accident. A vehicle, according to Salem Police, struck a utility pole at around 11 a.m. on Feb. 11, 2016. The road is shut down between Hooker Farm Road and Liberty Street, according to police.
Alerts online are suggesting that the road could be closed for eight to 10 hours while workers replace the pole.
