Detusking the Common Core Elephant

Part Two of a “Tell It Like It Is” show on Common Core with guests Ann Marie Banfield, Sid Glassner, and Jon DiPietro began airing on Friday on Bedford-based BCTV, and can now be viewed on the show’s website at www.tellitlikeitisnh.com .

When going to the website, simply click on the Issues 2 page, and then click on the Common Core category.

It needs to be emphasized that Common Core will affect children nationwide in grades from kindergarten through to high school graduation. Yet, it is being rushed into school systems despite the lack of definitive answers to legitimate and important questions, including here in New Hampshire. The subject is immensely critical, and it is extremely troubling that there has been so little accountability on how it will affect the future of our nation’s children.

“Detusking the Common Core Elephant” is the seventh “Tell It Like It Is” show done on Common Core. All seven can be watched via the show’s website.
