Dispute at Burger King Ends Badly
Police also investigated a report of criminal mischief at Woodbury Middle School.

Friday, Nov. 1
- 12:22 p.m.: Police received a report of a tree limb in the roadway on North Main Street.
- 2:32 p.m.: Guillermo Lopez Jr., 35, of 12F Lucier St., Nashua was charged with two counts of false report to law enforcement and one count of unsworn falsification. He was also wanted on an outstanding bench warrant. He refused the services of the bail commissioner.
- 2:41 p.m.: Police investigated a report of criminal mischief at Woodbury Middle School on Main Street.
- 4:27 p.m.: Police received a report of a dispute between customers at Burger King on South Broadway. A female with a hip injury was transported to Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA.
- 5:18 p.m.: Police received a report of a theft at Home Depot on South Broadway.
- 8:14 p.m.: Police received a report of fireworks being shot off in the area of Independence Drive and Tilton Terrace.
- 9:14 p.m.: An employee at DSW on South Broadway reported the theft of five or six pairs of Uggs boots. The suspect fled in a red pickup truck.
- 3:07 a.m.: Evan Michael Leblanc, 20, of 291 N. Lowell, Methuen, MA was arrested on a bench warrant. The charge was not specified.
- 3:19 p.m.: An employee at Sears on Rockingham Park Boulevard reported the theft of two watches.
- 6:04 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident in the parking lot at Macy's on Mall Road.
- 6:31 p.m.: Police received a report of an accident with no injury on Pelham Road.
- 8:48 p.m.: Police received a report of a minor accident in the parking lot of Home Depot on South Broadway.
- 9:25 p.m.: Police received a report of a car into a pole on Millville Street.
