Dover, Merrimack Men Skip Out on Arraignments

Shawn Edward Orleans, 40, of Cathy Street in Merrimack, was arrested on Oct. 20, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on a possession of heroin.

Stephen Palmer Chadwick, 62, of Lafayette Square in Haverhill, was arrested on Oct. 20, on a failure to appear at the arraignment on a receiving stolen property charge.

Ryan Patrick Raiche, 32, of Wilkele Road in Sandown, was arrested on Oct. 20, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge, a plea hearing for a theft by deception charge, as well as theft by deception, and two receiving stolen property charges.

Meagan Elizabeth Welch, 25, of Lafayette Road in Seabrook, was arrested on Oct. 21, on a failure to appear charge in drug court on a theft charge, a violation of a court order/small claims, an agency’s warrant, and a bench warrant from Candia District Court.

Alexandra Christina Vandorn, 28, of Caledonia Street in St. Johnsbury, VT, was arrested at Oct. 21, on a violation of parole/probation on a sale of buphrenorphine.

Lindsay Marie Lawton, 31, of Buttonwood Street in Dorchester, MA, was arrested on Oct. 21, on a def sentence on a morphine possession.

Michael Joseph Glidden, 46, of Greendale Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Oct. 22, on a failure to appear at a probation hearing on a theft charge.

Kevin Juan Phillips Jr., 30, of Martha’s Way in Dover, was arrested on Oct. 23, on a failure to appear at a status conference on a heroin possession charge.

Brian W. Daigle, 32, of Winnicutt Road in Stratham, was arrested on Oct. 23, on an equity violation court order.

Joshua Michael Rashed, 41, of Island Pond Road in Derry, was arrested on Oct. 24, on a violation of probation/parole on a operating while being a habitual offender, DWI, unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Samuel Harold Smith III, 53, of Huntervale Avenue in Rye, was arrested on Oct. 24, on a civil violation of a court order.

Nikolas Mellett, 20, of East Lane in Sandown, was arrested on Oct. 24, on a transportation of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

Edward M. Dubois, 28, of a Henry Taylor in Salem, was arrested on Oct. 24, on a failure to appear on strangulation, criminal threatening, and three counts of simple assault charges.
