Driving 80 mph Leads to Reckless Driving Charge: Log
Salem Police: Manchester woman charged with DUI, Laconia woman faces stolen vehicle charge, and teens arrested for shoplifting.

SALEM, NH - Jennifer A. Tousignant, 36, of Hanover Street in Manchester, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on April 29, 2016, for driving under the influence. Police received an erratic driving report about a gray BMW “weaving within the lane and crossing the double yellow line,” heading toward the depot, according to a report. An officer checked the parking lot and located the vehicle. The driver was later arrested.

Salem Police and Fire and Rescue teams were sent to the Park View Inn on South Broadway at 1:35 p.m. on April 30, 2016, for a report of a 29-year-old man overdosing. He was later transported to the hospital.

Susan Bowman, 34, of Laconia, was arrested at 11:52 a.m. on May 1, 2016, on a receiving stolen property charge ($1,501+). She reportedly turned in a stolen motor vehicle to police, according to a report.

Rafael E. Tejada, 21, of 9th Avenue in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 12:51 p.m. on May 1, 2016, for criminal threatening. He turned himself in on a warrant.
A 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old girl were arrested at 5:14 p.m. on May 1, 2016, each on two counts of willful concealment after an incident at Lord & Taylor on Rockingham Park Boulevard.
Luis Moreno Jr., 44, of Scotland Avenue in Salem, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on May 1, 2016, for reckless operation. An officer reported a Toyota Avalon on Rockingham Park Boulevard driving approximately 80 mph. The officer stopped the vehicle and charged the driver.
Jarrett C. Budd, 26, of Riverview Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested on three counts of receiving stolen property (two prior convictions). He turned himself in on a warrant, refused bail, and was transported to jail.
