DWI Checkpoint in NH This Weekend

A sobriety checkpoint will be held in Salem this weekend.

State Police and state police will operate the checkpoint, which was authorized by a judge.

Per usual policy, police did not reveal the exact date or time of the checkpoint.

In a statement, police said apprehending drunk drivers is a “top priority.”

“Sobriety checkpoints are one of the best methods of deterring the impaired,” police said.

Police have held multiple checkpoints across the state this summer.
