Erratic Driver Arrested for Carrying Unlicensed Gun

JUNE 18, 2013
1:42 p.m. Kirsten Lynn Simano, 19, of 850 Raymond Road in Chester, N.H. is arrested at Macy's on 1 Mall Road and charged with theft by unauthorized taking.
JUNE 19, 2013
12:26 p.m. School bus accident at 98 South Policy St. and 2 Woodland Terrace with kids on the bus. A total of 45 students on board, one student transported by Salem Fire. State police on scene with other students being transferred to another bus.
4:21 p.m. Julio A. Cruz, Jr., 39, of 8 Washington St. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with theft by unauthorized taking, $1,001- $5,000. Cruz released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.

11:07 a.m. Chelene Parker, 34, of 2 Wilson Road in Windham, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Parker bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.
11:32 a.m. Diana Marie Gordon, 61, of 7 Laraway Court Apt. 1B in Derry, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with willful concealment – theft. Gordon bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.
3:32 p.m. Joseph Julias Roderick, 26, of 29 Chester Road in Auburn, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with willful concealment – theft. Roderick bail set at $1,000 cash.
5:46 p.m. Andre Jason Swanson, 37, of 4A Page Lane in Hampton, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with willful concealment – theft. Swanson released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
JUNE 21, 2013
8:15 a.m. Adalberto Miranda, 33, of 39 Burke St. in Nashua, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with theft by unauthorized taking $0- $1,000 and allowing improper person to operate.
4:36 p.m. A 13-year-old juvenile is arrested at Spencer Gifts on 1 Mall Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. Subject released to mother.
6:02 p.m. Britney Yvonne Leal, 26, of 8 Duffy Ave. Apt. 47 in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 8 Duffy Ave. and charged with stalking – after service of protective order, default or breach of bail conditions and criminal trespass.
9:18 p.m. Jared David Bencivenga, 24, of 16 Green Acre Drive in Salem, N.H. is arrested near Daisy Cleaners on 14 S. Broadway St. and charged with handgun carrying without a license.
According to reports, an off-duty officer called in a black Toyota pickup all over the roadway, almost causing a head-on collision.
Bencivenga released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
10:15 p.m. Three are issued summons on 309 Main St. for alcohol-related charges.
A 17-year-old juvenile is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol – subsequent and facilitating a drug or underage drinking party.
A 15-year-old juvenile is charged with alcoholism – protective custody.
Anthony Quarantello, 21, of 5 Shore Drive in Salem, N.H. is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
