HONDURAN MISSION SUPPER

The HMT team will be sponsoring a Chicken Pot Pie Supper to help raise money for the next trip in February. Padre Donahue will be with us over the weekend to celebrate Masses at both St Joseph and Mary Queen Churches and to sit and share a meal with those who come to our supper. Padre looks forward to his visit to Salem (minus the cold weather of course!) each year to meet the wonderful people behind the team. Padre’s schedule will be: Mary Queen of Peace: Saturday, October 29, 4:00PM and Sunday 10:45 AM. He will be at St. Joseph: Sunday, October 30 at the 7:30 & 8:45AM Masses. If you have never met him, take a minute to ntroduce yourself. Menu: Chicken pie, mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing, cranberry sauce, rolls, and dessert (homemade apple pies and cobblers). The cost will be $8.00 per adult and $5.00 for children under 10 and seniors. Please get your tickets early – they will be available after the Masses the weekends of October 15 & 16 and 22 & 23 at both churches or by calling the Parish Office.
