Every Vote Counts

Tom Plante for Budget Committee

Dear Residents and Voters of Salem NH,

It has been said that “all politics is local”, over the course of my campaign for the budget committee this phrase has never been more evident to me. On March 8th the voters of Salem NH will have a chance to have their voices heard to select the people they feel will be effective leaders in this community. Among those choices are three candidates for the Budget Committee, Tom Plante for the 1 year term and Steven Chartrain and Ken Tarara for the 3 year terms. Please learn more about the 3 of us by visiting our Facebook pages at:

I am asking each of you to come out to vote on March 8th. All 3 candidates mentioned are hardworking individuals who are raising families in this community and have children who attend the schools. We have a real investment in the future of the Salem Community. We want what’s best for today and the future. This means helping make decisions that will improve Salem, while doing it in a manner that is fiscally responsible.
I am a real person running for public office in order to give back to the community that has provided me and my family with so much. I am not a seasoned politician and am running on my own ideals. I would like to keep this community affordable and livable. I know as a community, we can provide the resources so that residents and families remain here into their retirement and invite people to move to this flourishing community. This can be accomplished by having the best infrastructure, public safety system and strong schools. We need well thought out ideas and effective communication among the leaders of this town and its residents. I am willing to take on this charge, while asking the tough questions.
