Exeter, Derry, and Manchester Residents Arrested

Rockingham Sheriffs make heroin, drug, other warrant arrests.

Here’s a round up of the latest arrests from the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department.

Andrew Thomas Howard, 26, of Regina Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on Nov. 17, on a judge’s order to arrest, violation of probation, on three counts of sale of oxycodone.

Deborah Jean O’Neil, 52, of College Lane in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Nov. 17, on a violation of probation on a possession of cocaine charge.

Jason Robert Lomastro, 35, of Court Street in Exeter, was arrested on Nov. 18, on a violation of probation/parole on a heroin possession charge.

Candi Ann Seounian, 39, of Morton Street in Exeter, was arrested on Nov. 18, on a deferred sentence on a theft charge.

Sean Michael Rizzuto, 42, of Scenic Drive in Derry, was arrested on Nov. 18, on a deferred sentence, receiving stolen property charge, second warrant on deferred sentence, and three warrant on a failure to arraignment on an operating while being a habitual offender charges.

Glenn Allen Murch, 47, of Pearson Way in Epping, on Nov. 19, on an ofc cost cont, legal fees.

Thomas Nathaniel Davis Jr., 51, of Bayberry Lane in Plymouth, MA, on Nov. 19, on occ, legal fees.

Nicholas A. Starkey Sr., 27, of South Avenue in Derry, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a delivery of articles prohibited charge.

Michael D. Case, 20, of Farm Road in Kingston, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a delivery of articles prohibited charge.

Joseph Alfred Goffinet, 45, of Woodbridge Avenue, Northport, FL, was arrested on Nov. 20, on failure to appear on operating while a habitual offender and possession of heroin charges.

Walter Hartford, 50, of Bremer Street in Manchester, was arrested on Nov. 20, on driving after revocation/suspencion and stop sign/yield sign charges.
