ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, NH — Mauricio Enriquez Diaz, 37, of Manchester, was arrested May 13 on bad check charges.

Edward Marquez, 49, of Portsmouth, was arrested on May 13 on marital non support charges.

Stephanie Ann Blaise, 31, of Allentown, was arrested on May 15 on tampering with records charges.

Arthur Michael Pimental, 34, of Middleton, Mass., was arrested on May 15 on charges of receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.

Stephen Charles Hamel, Jr., 36, of Raymond, was arrested May 18 for legal fees.
