Fight Reported in Denny's Parking Lot
Several people were also arrested for unrelated offenses.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Salem Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Wednesday, Oct. 23
- 9:11 a.m.: Police received a report of a fight involving one female and two males in the parking lot of Denny's Restaurant on Cluff Crossing Road. Some of the involved parties took off on foot, and the remaining party did not want to pursue the matter.
- 9:14 a.m.: Police received a report of the theft of sewer and basin covers.
- 3:38 p.m.: A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with willful concealment; theft following an alleged shoplifting incident at Sears on Rockingham Park Boulevard.
- 4:33 p.m.: Police received a report of a car versus bicycle on South Broadway.
- 6:02 p.m.: A caller on Coburn Street reported that someone had repeatedly written swastikas in the frost on her windshield.
- 8:08 p.m.: Stephen J. Seplow III, 20, of 78 Everett St., Lawrence, MA was charged with possession of marijuana.
- 10:01 p.m.: Amy Chen, 44, of 103 Cluff Crossing Road, Apt. #X7, Salem was charged with conduct after an accident. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
- 11:20 p.m.: Police received a report of a car versus pole on Bannister Road at Johnson Avenue. The 17-year-old male driver injured his back and neck and was taken to Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA.
