Fugitive Wanted for Failure to Appear at Drug Charges
Marshals seek Amanda Fortin on warrants out of Merrimack, Belknap counties.

This week’s Fugitive of the Week is Amanda Fortin, 31, who is being sought for failure to appear at possession of a controlled drug and possession of Suboxone charges.
Fortin is a white woman, 5-feet, 3-inches tall, and weighs around 115 lbs. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. She has light skin tone and tattoos on her back, neck, and ankle.
The warrants for her arrest were issued on Feb. 11, and Feb 24, 2015, by sheriffs in Belknap and Merrimack counties.

“Fortin was last known to reside in the Franklin, Northfield and Hill, NH areas, but has ties throughout Belknap and Merrimack County,” according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.
Previously, according to reports online, she’s been arrested for theft and was also indicted last year on drug charges.

Marshals are asking anyone who may know where Fortin is or sees anyone who might look like her to call police or the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force at 603-225-1632. Do not try and apprehend her yourself. Tips can also be texted at NHTIP or TIP411 or posted online.
