Homeless Man Allegedly Requests Sex, Gets Arrested on a Warrant: Logs

SALEM, NH — Amarilys Colon, 24, and Roberto Rivera, 23, both of Hampshire Street in Salem, were arrested at 9:47 a.m. on July 22, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault and criminal mischief. Officers were sent to a report of a crowd of people surrounding a man with a boy for an unknown reason. After investigating the matter, two people were arrested.

Two 16-year-olds and a 15-year-old were arrested at 2:11 p.m. on July 22, 2016, on willful concealment charges after an alleged incident at Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Kari L. MacKay, 38, of Buttonwood Drive in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. on July 22, 2016, on a DUI charge after a report of an intoxicated woman outside of the M&N Borderline Discount store on South Broadway.

Salem Fire and Rescue teams were sent to Lake Street for a report of an overdose at 6:23 a.m. on July 23, 2016. The woman was transported to Holy Family.

Nurur Rahman, 44, of Brookside Drive in Andover, MA, was arrested at 2:32 p.m. on July 23, 2016, for theft by deception (under $1,000). He was arrested at the Walmart on North Broadway after a loss prevention employee reportedly took custody of Rahman.

Donald Harris, 56, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on July 23, 2016, on a bench warrant after police were sent to the area of the Midas shop on South Broadway for a report of a “homeless male soliciting people for sex,” according to dispatch.

Sheri Homsey, 53, of Old Farm Road in Salem, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on July 22, 2016, for driving under the influence. She was arrested on Haverhill Road after reportedly striking a utility pole and mailboxes on Main Street.
