It's Spirit Week Next Week at Salem High School
All kinds of fun is happening this week before homecoming on Sept. 19.
Next week at Salem High School the students and staff will celebrate Spirit Week from Monday, September 14 through Friday, Sept. 18, and culminating in Homecoming on Saturday, Sept. 19, according to Michael Courtois a science teacher and student council advisor.
Each day of the week students and staff compete against each other through various spirit days.
Monday is Pajama Day, Tuesday is Hat Day, Wednesday is Class Colors Day, Thursday is Super Hero Day, and Friday is Blue and White Day.

On Wednesday afternoon at approx. 12:45 p.m. students and staff will gather on Grant Field for the annual Class Wars event where extracurricular clubs and fall sports teams are recognized and head to head competition between the classes in such annual favorites as the obstacle course and tug-o-war take place to determine which class has the most skill and spirit to be crowned winners of Class Wars.
