Lawrence, Haverhill Men Arrested on Drug, Stolen Property Charges: Log

Salem Police: Nashua woman, others arrested for shoplifting, Exeter teen arrested for disorderly, and Lowell man arrested for DUI.

SALEM, NH — Rosy De La Cruz, 22, of Crown Street in Nashua, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. on Oct. 5, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested at Bob’s Stores on Cluff Crossing Road and released on $1,000 cash bail.

Craig P. Ford, 45, of Winthrop Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. on Oct. 4, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, less than 1 gram, two counts of receiving stolen property ($1,501+), possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, less than half an ounce, and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, less than an ounce. Also arrested was Alexander Garcia, 46, of 5th Street in Haverhill, MA, who was arrested on a bench warrant and also charged with receiving stolen property ($1,501+), theft by deception ($1,501+), possession of prescription drugs, and two counts of possession of controlled drugs. They were arrested after the Cash for Gold on South Broadway tipped police off that they might have had stolen merchandise from a robbery in North Andover, MA.

Jeffrey E. Holmes, 47, of Sentinel Court in Manchester, was arrested at 9:16 p.m. on Oct. 4, 2016, for theft by deception (less than $1,000). He refused bail and was taken to jail.

A 14-year-old was arrested at 4:36 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2016, for conduct after an accident after crash in the parking lot of the Mall at Rockingham Park near Macy’s.

John L. Casey, 31, of Aiken Avenue in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2016, for DUI-impairment and possession of a controlled drug after police were sent to a crash involving a van striking a guardrail of the off-ramp of I-93.

Charles G. Gallagher, 38, of Monmouth in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2016, for willful concealment, a felony, due to two prior convictions, after an alleged incident at JCPenny at the Mall at Rockingham Park. He refused bail and was held.

Mike N. Finjap, 29, of Haverhill Road in Salem, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on Aug. 22, 2016, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested by Nottingham Police, which also had charges against him. He was later transported to Salem for processing.

Daniel Gorman, 18, of Hilton Avenue in Exeter, was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on July 20, 2016, for disorderly conduct. He was arrested at Tuscan Kitchen on Main Street and released on personal recognizance bail.

Michael Gladden, 30, of Sepulveda Boulevard in Santa Monica, CA, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. on July 18, 2016, and charged with falsifying physical evidence, two counts of possession of a controlled drug, and false report to law enforcement, after a suspicious person call on Norwood Road. He was given $1,000 cash bail.

Francis M. Brown Jr., 30, of East Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on July 18, 2016, for theft by deception ($1,501+) and credit card fraud ($1,501+). He was arrested on a warrant.

Zorayda A. Geronimo, 41, of Duckett Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1:57 p.m. on July 18, 2016, for willful concealment. He was arrested at Kohl’s at Cluff Crossing Road.

Zachary J. Madden, 21, of Moody Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 9:57 p.m. on July 18, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault and criminal mischief. He was arrested after police were sent to the La Quinta Inn on Keewaydin Drive for a report of a woman allegedly being assaulted by her boyfriend. He was picked up on Pelham Road.
