Lawrence Man Arrested on Drug Charges: Log
Salem Police: Overdoses reported on Bailey and Juniper Roads; numerous Massachusetts residents arrested on shoplifting charges.

SALEM, NH — Jyrell M. Buchannan, 21, of Richardson Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2016, for willful concealment. She turned herself in on a warrant.

Richard E. Witmer, 33, of Vernon Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2016, for driving after revocation and suspension. He was arrested on a warrant and released on $250 cash bail.

Meaghan Ritson, 25, of Maynard Street in Malden, MA, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2016, for willful concealment, a felony, due to two prior convictions. Also arrested was Roberto Jimenez, 24, of Railroad Street in Lawrence, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin, crack, less than 1 gram, plus two counts of possession of prescription drugs without a prescription; Michael Banks, 38, of Johnson Road in East Hampstead, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle; and Albert M. Daley, 25, of Oliver Street in Tewksbury, MA, for theft by deception (less than $1,000). They were arrested after a detective was sent to Target on South Broadway for a shoplifting incident.
Albert Saunders, 43, of Constitution Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2016, for theft by deception (less than $1,000), theft by unauthorized taking (less than $1,000), and willful concealment. He was arrested at Walmart on North Broadway.

Police and fire and rescue teams were sent to Bailey Road at 11:37 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2016, for a report of an unexpected death of a 46-year-old man who reportedly passed away due to a heroin overdose.
Francis J. Hawkins, 56, of Shaw Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on Sept. 28, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking (less than $1,000) and false report to law enforcement after an alleged shoplifting incident at Lowes on South Broadway.
An overdose was reported on Juniper Road at 9:51 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2016, and a woman was transported to Parkland Medical Center.
Scott S. Therrien, 39, of Boston Road in Bradford, MA, was arrested at 10:42 a.m. on Sept. 6, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was released on $1,500 cash bail.
Ryan T. Harrington, 25, of Fox Hill Road in Burlington, MA, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Sept. 6, 2016, on three counts of theft by deception (less than $1,000) and three counts of receiving stolen property (less than $1,000). He turned himself in on a warrant.
Esau C. Stanley, 26, of Hilton Avenue in Exeter, was arrested at 2:21 p.m. on Sept. 6, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at Market Basket on South Broadway. Stanley was bailed out on $500 cash bail.
John M. Limone, 59, of Island Pond Road in Derry, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 2, 2016, on three counts of willful concealment. He turned himself in on a warrant.
Michele D. Cleary, 44, of Settlers Ridge Road in North Andover, MA, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Aug. 31, 2016, for willful concealment after an incident at Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
Paulina Messina, 20, of Marie Lane in Lawrence, MA, and Naomy Florentino, 18, of Hampshire Street in Lawrence, MA, were arrested at 9:27 p.m. on Aug. 31, 2016, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at JCPenney at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
