Lawrence Woman Arrested with Stolen Vehicle: Log
Salem Police: NYC man arrested for criminal mischief at hotel and Mass. man arrested for reckless operation.

Luke T. Caraccio, 30, of Butternut Lane in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 10:58 a.m. on Dec. 17, 2015, for reckless conduct-deadly weapon, reckless operation, disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on a warrant.

Emilsy Mata, 24, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Dec. 18, 2015, for receiving stolen property ($1,501+), disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation and suspension. Police were sent to the town of Salem Public Works Department on Cross Street for a report of a vehicle at the pumps. The vehicle came back as stolen from Massachusetts. The officer double-checked and confirmed it was stolen and arrested Mata. She was held on $5,000 cash bail.

Jason G. Roddy, 27, of North Main Street in Salem, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2015, for possession of a controlled drug (marijuana/hashish, less than 5 grams). A Walmart employee on North Broadway flagged down an officer about a man passed out in a car. The officer met with the man in the vehicle and he was arrested. Roddy was released on a summons .
Corey H. Ellis, 25, of Essex Street in NY, NY, was arrested at 3:28 a.m. on Dec. 25, 2015, for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Police were sent to the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Inn Lane for a report of yelling in one of the rooms. Ellis was arrested, refused bail, and held.

Michael A. Melchionne, 39, of County Road in Windham, was taken in to protective custody at midnight on Dec. 26, 2015. A man walked into the police station to report he had just dropped off a man at the Salem Gulf on South Broadway who was intoxicated, bleeding from the nose, and walking in the middle of the road. Police were sent to the area and found the man at Denny’s and he was transported to the hospital. Police later received a message that other police were looking to see if there was a hit-and-run or accident with a missing driver, according to the report. He was later given a courtesy ride to Nashua.
Jonathan R. Correia, 21, of Longwood Road in Salem, was arrested at 11:22 a.m. on Dec. 26, 2015, loitering or prowling, operating without a valid license, breach of bail, criminal trespass, and uninspected vehicle. He was arrested and refused bail after being found on Silver Brook Road after police were sent there for a suspicious vehicle report.
Kaitlyn E. Quinlan, 25, of Morningside Drive in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2015, for willful concealment after a shoplifting incident at Lord & Taylor on Rockingham Park Boulevard.
