Liberty Utilities Opens Customer Walk-in Centers

Centers in Londonderry, Salem opened up on Sept. 10.

Liberty Utilities celebrated the grand opening of their walk-in centers on Sept. 10. The company is focused on becoming the local, responsive utility with a strong presence in the community.

“We are very happy to offer our customers a place where they can transact business with us face-to-face,” said Susan Fenton, director of Customer Care at Liberty Utilities. “Customers can pay their bill, request a new service or inquire about our programs.”

The new customer walk-in centers are located in Londonderry, Salem, Tilton, and the company will open their Lebanon location in October.

Liberty Utilities employs nearly 300 people across the state including call center and emergency dispatch representatives in Londonderry. “Whether you call or walk-in to one of our locations, you’ll be speaking with people right here in New Hampshire,” Fenton said. “We are very proud to be part of the local community.”
