Patch: Tell us a bit about your business or organization:
Kelly Pilla: Ski Haus, NOTB Snowboards, and Patio Place at Ski Haus have been part of the New England community since 1965. Office location in Salem, NH with satellite stores in Framingham and Woburn, MA plus a digital presence at SkiHaus.com. We are a retail company specializing in ski, snowboard, and outdoor furniture sales. The store serves customers who are passionate about winter sports and outdoor living, offering a range of equipment, gear, and furnishings.

Patch: How long have you been doing business in town, or how long has your organization been around in the community?
Kelly Pilla: since 1965, started in Wilmington, MA

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Kelly Pilla: I married into the family. My husband is the 2nd generation of the Ski Haus owners.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Kelly Pilla: Get outside in the winter with the right clothing and you will be very comfortable.

Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Kelly Pilla: Seeing people having fun during the winter season.

Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?
Kelly Pilla: We are a small family business that caters to our customer's needs, big and small. We have lasted over 60 years by always putting the customer first in everything we do. Our ultimate goal is to provide exceptional service to everyone that walks into our stores.
