Man Allegedly Punches Woman who Has a Protective Order Against Him: Log

SALEM, NH — Nada M. Ayoub, 31, of Lawrence Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2016, on a bench warrant. She turned herself in to police at headquarters and was released after she paid a $735 fine.

Nathan Tree, 30, of Case Road in Nottingham, was arrested at 12:28 p.m. on Nov. 30, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, less than 1 gram, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department.

A 17-year-old was arrested at 4:41 p.m. on Nov. 30, 2016, for shoplifting. He was arrested at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Sacha M. Constanzo, 35, of Spruce Street in Manchester, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested after an alleged shoplifting incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

An overdose was reported at 2:46 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2016, at the Rite Aid on Main Street involving a woman. She was later transported to Holy Family.

Kenneth P. Sciarappa III, 20, of Highland Avenue in Pelham, was arrested at 12:22 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2016, for willful concealment. He was arrested after an alleged shoplifting incident at Bob’s Stores on Cluff Crossing Road.

Ramon L. Gracia, 18, of White Street in Manchester, CT, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on Nov. 6, 2016, for unlawful possession of alcohol. Two 17-year-olds were also taken in protective custody. Gracia was arrested after a suspicious vehicle was reported in the parking lot of Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road. He was released on a summons.

Julie Politis, 39, of Whitman Road in Waltham, MA, was taken into protective custody at 11:03 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2016, after a reported fight at the Black Water Grill on Pelham Road. She was reportedly on the ground in the parking lot.

Michael J. Coates, 62, of Robert Street in Burlington, MA, was arrested at 5:47 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2016, for disorderly conduct. He was arrested on a warrant and released on a summons.

Robert J. Pacholok, 68, of Zion Hill Road in Salem, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2016, for disorderly conduct. He was arrested on a warrant and released on a summons.

Richard M. Perocchi, 42, of Lancelot Court in Salem, was arrested at 7:41 p.m. on Nov. 2, 2016, for simple assault and violation of a protective order. A woman at the home alleged that Perocchi punched her in the face, according to a report. He allegedly fled the scene and was arrested and held. The woman was transported to Holy Family by EMTs.
