State Troopers Arrest 9 on DWI, Other Charges

Saturday, Nov. 30

1 a.m. - Brian Lavoie, 25 of Deering, arrested in Deering and charged with receiving stolen property.

5:00 p.m. - Corey High, 24, of Merrimack, arrested in Bedford and charged with conduct after an accident.

5:45 p.m. - Jeff Healey, 60, of Weare, arrested in Deering and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

7:29 p.m. - Paightlin Bergeron, 20, of Keene, arrested in Londonderry on an electronic bench warrant.

10:38 p.m. - Nicole Carter, 42, of Lawrence, MA, taken into protective custody in Merrimack.

10:38 p.m. - Johna MacKinnon, 51, of Lawrence, MA,  arrested in Merrimack and charged with driving while intoxicated (subsequent).

Sunday, Dec. 1

12:30 a.m. - Darryl Lindsay, 30, of Roxbury, MA, arrested on an electronic bench warrant in Nashua.

1:50 a.m. - Jason Welch, 40, of Andover, MA, arrested in Derry and charged with driving while intoxicated.

8:40 a.m. - Jeremy Franzen, 35, of Manchester, arrested on an electronic bench warrant in Manchester.
