Man Hits Pole on South Broadway, Charged with DWI

Editor's note: The following entries are excerpts from logs submitted by Salem Police.

MARCH 30, 2013

1:07 a.m. Sean P. Cronin, 39, of 40 Cypress St. in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 517 S. Broadway and 301 Lawrence Road and charged with two counts driving while intoxicated. 

Officer McKenzie reported a vehicle just struck a pole and took off. Vehicle stopped just down the road. Vehicle struck a sign in front of Auto Finance, 522 S. Broadway.

9:38 a.m. Caller reports damage to her door on Millville Street. Appears someone may have tried to kick the door in. Negative on attempted break, no footprints in the area and damage appears to be age wear.

10:18 a.m. Loss prevention at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard is reporting a theft of jeans, approximately $3,000. Three males, possibly Asian. The involved motor vehicle is a black Lincoln Town Car with white lettering across the rear window.

10:51 a.m. Keith Paul Butzien, 27, of 307 Main St. Apt. 1 in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 307 Main St. for criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.) two counts disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention.

12:35 p.m. Jacquelyn Plum, 45, of 22 Millville Circle in Salem, N.H. is  arrested on 77 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with driving while intoxicated and open container of alcohol.

12:56 p.m. Linda Elizabeth Colecchia, 42, of 28 Harris Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. Colecchia bailed at $620 cash.
