Man From New York Arrested Twice In 5 Hours: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Kylie M. Somley, 35, of Clifton Avenue in Salem was arrested at 9:11 p.m. on July 9, 2023, on breach of bail and two stalking-domestic violence charges. A man accused of a woman of texting him against a court order. Somley, who was on Clifton Avenue, was arrested and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

A 40-year-old woman overdosed at the La Quinta Inn on Keewaydin Drive at 4:50 p.m. on July 9. After regaining consciousness, she was escorted off the property and called an Uber, police said.

Donny Jame D’Alessandro-Peterse, 21, of Park Street in North Reading, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. on July 9 on a disobeying an officer charge. Police were sent to Zion Hill Road and Matthew Drive for a report of three motorcyclists speeding up and down the road. Two were stopped but one was accused of taking off. A man was arrested and released on personal recognizance.

Ezekiel Jackson, 34, of Candlelight Court in Clifton Park, New York, was arrested at 6:14 a.m. on July 9 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after police were sent to the Chick-Fil-A on South Village Drive for a report of a man in the drive-thru who refused to leave and park somewhere else. Jackson’s dog was brought to a kennel, police said. He was released on personal recognizance. Jackson was arrested again at 10:53 a.m. on July 9 on a criminal trespass charge at police headquarters.

Richard Ralph Gales, 53, of Proctor Hill Road in Brookline was arrested at 8 p.m. on July 4 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Walmart on North Broadway Street. Gales was released on personal recognizance.

John Paul Dausch, 29, of West Street in Malden, MA, was arrested at 5:07 p.m. on July 4 on criminal threatening and two disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Kimberly Chewning, 36, of Oakland Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on July 4 on a willful concealment charge. She was arrested after loss prevention at Walmart on North Broadway Street accused a woman of shoplifting and leaving the area. Police found her walking with a black man around Wendy’s and arrested her. Chewning was released on personal recognizance.

A 64-year-old woman was taken into protective custody at 5:33 p.m. on June 25 after a man on Westchester Street asked police to remove her from his home.

Dyanna L. Szostak, 55, of Fairway Drive in Derry was arrested at 4 p.m. on June 25 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16+ and DUI charges. She was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Jessie Leigh Jones-Teti, 39, of Riverview Avenue in Hudson was arrested at 1:36 p.m. on June 25 on a DUI charge. She was arrested at police headquarters.
