Man was Making Meth, Had Materials to Make Bombs: Sheriffs
Rockingham County sheriffs arrest Matthew Starble after raiding a shed in manufactured home park.

DANVILLE, NH - A New Hampshire man was arrested this week after neighbors at a manufactured home park tipped police off to a possible methamphetamine operation in a shed.
Matthew Starble, 32, of Danville, was arrested on Feb. 22, 2016, for possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of felony possession of an infernal machine.

Police were sent to the Cotton Farm manufactured home park on Beatrice Street in Danville after a homeowner tipped them off to another resident “using a chemistry set to manufacture methamphetamines in a shed on his property,” according to Rockingham County Sheriff Michael Hureau.
Danville Police forwarded the information to the Rockingham County Drug Task Force and they, along with the DEA Clandestine Drug Lab Team and local police looked into the matter.

“A search was conducted and several items and chemicals were found that are consistent with the making of illegal narcotics,” according to Hureau. “Also located on the property were chemicals and components associated with the manufacture of explosives and explosive devices. The New Hampshire State Police Bomb Squad was notified and responded.”
Police determined there was no immediate threat to neighbors but investigators secured the residence and shed until a warrant could be requested and approved. After the warrant was approved, “drug paraphernalia and explosive chemicals being found on the property,” according to Hureau.
Starble was arrested and held on $50,000 cash bail at the Rockingham County House of Corrections.
He has previously been arrested in Massachusetts on warrants and in Florida for being a habitual offender, according to his online profile.
